I've gained experience in San Francisco, as a software engineer at a
Combinator startup. As a team of 5 we raised $3.4M building an AI personal tutor, used by 250k+ students and schools worldwide.
I've also participated in competitive programming, having achieved a ranking of 20/100 in a national competitive programming competition.

• Collected, processed, and prepared training data for a custom AI model
• Trained and deployed a custom AI model to increase efficiency and usability of existing business processes

• Collaborated with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and validate model performance
• Joined as the founding engineer to build out the infrastructure and whole product from a prototype app to an app used by over 20k students daily
• Led the development of core backend infrastructure, such as data pipelines, core data processing via queue systems using various ingestion methods
• Migrated our core database to a scalable cloud solution after we outgrew our initial infrastructure with no downtime
• Migrated our authentication infrastucture to a solution supporting SAML SSO and other features we required with no downtime
• Contributed to the development of the first version of our school-facing portal to onboard design partner schools
• Built integration for an AI-native ERP system for comprehensive business management and automation
• Integrated with various seller platforms including Amazon and Alza for real-time order status tracking and management
• Built automated reporting systems for tax calculations and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions
• Implemented shipping management workflows to streamline logistics and delivery processes
• Created product stock synchronization system to maintain accurate inventory levels across all integrated platforms
